Monique E. Ward

Ms. Ward is the Retail Leasing Specialist affiliated with The John Lynch Company. Ms. Ward has extensive experience in the marketing, and subsequent leasing, of available space within strip shopping centers, area malls, hotel development, and vacant land. Ms. Ward also has additional experience in the area of office and warehouse leasing, land sale and development, and all areas of general brokerage.

Within the management portfolio of The John Lynch Company, Ms. Ward is in continual contact with the tenants, and owners, of our retail sites- ensuring that there is constant communication between the parties.

Ms. Ward is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as the Greater Syracuse Board of Realtors.
