PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The John Lynch Company currently manages more than 1 million square feet of commercial space, administering local shopping centers as small as 45,000 square feet, and as large as 300,000 square feet, as well as 400,000 sq. ft. of office space principally located in two of the main suburban office parks in the Syracuse area. The John Lynch Company also has an excellent "track record" managing industrial sites, warehouse facilities, and some multi-family residential properties. We take great pride in our ability to recognize the owner’s objectives and then successfully implement the steps to attain them. We have a well-established track record and reputation in the Central New York market. Our most recent successes include a $12 million redevelopment of Western Lights Shopping Center in the Town of Geddes; and the retenanting of Kimbrook Village Shopping Center and the Salina Meadows Office Park.
