Alan J. Rainbow
Mr. Rainbow is the Company's Director of Property Management. He is a lifelong resident of Syracuse, and has over 20 years experience managing income producing property throughout Central New York. Mr. Rainbow currently oversees the operation of 400,000 square feet of office space, as well as an additional 500,000 square feet of retail property throughout the area. Rainbow is affiliated, and holds accreditations, from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of New York.
