Dear Mr. Dillon:

It was a pleasure working with you in securing the office lease for our new facilities. Your assistance in getting the National Safety Council moved into the 200 building is greatly appreciated. The office is beautiful and we are enjoying our new facilities.

The cleaning crew is an impressive group who seem to take their jobs seriously. We appreciate the fact that we can count on coming into a clean office each morning.

With the exceptionally warm summer we had, we did experience a couple of days when the temperature in the office was warmer than we would have liked. We phoned your office staff, the AC people were called and the problem was taken care of immediately.

We at the National Safety Council would like to take the opportunity to let you know we are impressed - but not surprised - at the quick response we receive regarding any day-to-day issues in our new office.

Once again, we are pleased to be back in a building, which is under the management of The John Lynch Company.
